Job Description:
- To lead and manage overall warehouse operation, inclusive but not limited to inbound, outbound and logistic arrangement.
- Manage local and oversea shipment.
- Accountable for overall warehouse operational performance.
- Drive and monitor daily operation process excellent to maintain inventory accuracy.
• To maintain warehouse’s KPI, 5S and ISO documentation.
• Management of custom brokerage relationship, documentation, inbound & outbound material flow.
• To analyze and plan for future capacity requirements.
• On time shipment to customers.
• Continuous to drive operational and financial improvement.
Requirements:
*Male, 30-48years old
*Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Warehouse/Logistic or equivalent.
*At least 10 years of warehouse experience in manufacturing environment with minimum 5 years managerial experience.
*Deep and broad knowledge in warehouse management, familiar with Contract Manufacturing dynamic delivery schedule.
*Excellent organization, analytical and inventory management skill.
*Strong leadership with excellent interpersonal communication skill and able to interact with people at all levels.
*Knowledge in inventory control procedure and ERP system is a must.
*Able to manage complex and dynamic warehouse operation.
* Can coomunicate in Mandarin is an advantage
*Candidate is required to report to work within short period.
