Job Description:
Expatriate & Foreign Worker EP and PVP Management
To performing the full range of compensation & benefits including payroll processing, leave administration, tax reporting, provident fund administration, performance management, etc.
Responsible to ensure the statutory pay-out are compliance with government policies, which including EPF, Socso, LHDN, HRDF and etc.
Government document compilation & submission - income tax form and NTEP document
Annual Performance appraisal & probation evaluation compilation. Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations and employee statistics for government reporting.
Tracking & send out probation report HR Manager
Asst in Salary adjustment for annual appraisal & probation
PIC - for Income tax / socso/ EPF account
Government Liaison
Medical claim compilation, approval and analysis
To responsible for the Socso claim of all employees.
To work closely with the vendor on the TMS and payroll system maintenance.
Assist to prepare and participates in industry salary survey and regular benchmarking exercises.
Prepare HR monthly report and etc - Send monthly report to HR Manager every 1st of the month
Put updated announcement on HR Notice Board. Send all official announcement in WeChat, OA System & email
Requirements:
Male or Female below 35 years old
A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources is preferred).
Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources is preferred.
Experienced in working at MNC before.
Can communicate in Mandarin is an advantage
