Responsibilities:-
1. Brief Description
*Assist Manager on all operations activities.
2. Key Result Areas
*To manage all the customs brokerage activities.
*To plan on truck activities.
3. Key Accountabilities/Duties
*To ensure for customs documents prepare on time.
*To plan and monitor trucking activities.
*Prepare report to customers.
*Make sure container on board.
*Monitor all the custom tariff code for trucking shipment.
*Prepare Master list for all logistic job.
*Prepare custom documentation.
Requirement
* Male or Female age below 45 years old
*Diploma in supply chain management or related field preferred.
*Minimum 2 years industry experience required.
5. Key Competencies
*Education and Experience
*In depth knowledge of trucking arrangement.
*Good knowledge in custom regulations and requirement.
Languages and Communication Skills
*Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia both written and spoken.
*Good interpersonal and communication skills.
*Ability to interact well with all levels of employees.
Computer Skills
*Proficient with Microsoft Office.
*Proficient with KRDM system, port system.
Behaviour
*Positive thinking, independent and able to work pressure to meet tight deadlines.
*Pleasant personality and people-oriented.
*Flexible and willing to try new methods and ideas.
*High sense of commitment and responsibility.
