– Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
– Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
– Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
– Processing orders, quotations, invoices, and requests.
– Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
– Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
– Perform any other tasks and responsibilities as and when required.
– Candidate must possess at least a SPM/ STPM/ Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
– Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia,English-
– Working experience in similar field is preferred but not essential. Fresh-graduates are encouraged to apply.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Microsoft Excel).
– Details oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
