  • To provide administration support to management.
  • To manage documents, records and maintain good and organized filing for data retrieving.
  • Review and proofread documents prepared for signature.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management & staff.
  • To provide support for the daily schedule including forward planning of workload, coordinating and collating all relevant paperwork etc.
  • To note down the discussion points and follow up the necessary action, if any.
  • Having experience in frequent air ticket booking and travel arrangement.
  • Undertake assignments, ad-hoc tasks and related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field, Degree will be an added advantage.
  • At least 1 years of admin working experience is required.
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Excel.
  • Good working attitude, positive mindset & high flexibility.
