- Ensure all products are prepared and cooked with company standard recipe and ensure compliance with all company policies procedures, standards and guidelines.
- Responsible for food labelling and stock rotation, organised chiller/ freezer with compartmentalisation SOP.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and follow food safety standards.
- Constant needs for self-improvement and training.
- Male below 50 years old
- Diploma in related field
- Training is provided
- Must be passionate in work, possible toward arts and pastry.
- Able to work on Shift, Weekend and Public Holiday
- Mandarin is an advantage
