- Perform recording of transactions using accounting software;
- Prepare account in accordance with accounting standard and regulations;
- To assist in preparing full sets of account and monthly management reports;
- To assist in preparation of reconciliation statements and accounting schedules;
- To assist the explanation of financial statements to users;
- Assist on ad-hoc assignment in relation to account as requested by direct supervisor or manager;
- Travel to client’s office or other location for accounting work;
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including auditors, tax agents, banks, insurance companies and partners.
- Below 45 years old
- diploma/degree in Accounting
- Have experience in handling UBS software & have MYOB knowledge
- Can handle full set of account
- Responsible for maintenance of client records;
- Preparation and follow up on quotation/invoice;
- Ensure sales and collection are captured in accounting accurately and timely;
- Credit control and collections;
- Assisting the preparation of office administration work;· Assisting in drafting, proof reading and basic checking of documents and reports requested.
- Able to work with minimum supervision and under tight datelines and schedule.
- 2 years experience in accounting firm / Non Audit firm
- Can converse in Mandarin is an advantage
